At our shop, we prepare our soup in large, consistent batches to ensure quality control, so hearing about this "sewage" smell is a shock to us. We have one sincere question: Why was this not reported to our staff on-site? If it was that bad, we would have wanted to investigate the batch and stop service immediately to protect you and other customers.
