Hi, thank you very much for your honest and detailed feedback – and we’re really happy to hear that we were your best vegan experience in Berlin so far. At the same time, we would like to clarify one important point: it is not our intention to mislead anyone with our menu. Nowhere do we claim that EVERYTHING is homemade. However, we can confidently say that over 90% of our dishes are in fact prepared in-house. When we highlight “homemade,” we are referring to specific components we truly make ourselves – for example our vegan tzatziki, which we are particularly proud of. The vegan gyros and vegan bifteki are not homemade. However, they are also not standard supermarket products or typical seitan-based items like those often found in shawarma places. We use a carefully selected product from Greece based on pea protein, which has its own distinct taste and texture. At the same time, through fresh herbs and additional components, we give these products our own signature touch – something that is also reflected in the many positive reviews we receive.
