First and foremost, we would like to apologise for the experience you had. This is certainly not the level of service we strive for, nor is it representative of the typical atmosphere at our restaurant. As a small, independent business, we pour our hearts into what we do. While we appreciate your acknowledgment of this, we understand that it shouldn't result in a stressful experience for our guests. We always aim to accommodate dietary needs and preferences, especially for families. We’re sorry that the explanation regarding the portioning felt repetitive or fell short of your expectations. We’re glad you enjoyed most of the meal, though we’re sorry the Okonomiyaki wasn’t to your personal taste. Our chef’s take on fusion can sometimes differ from traditional versions, but we value the feedback. We truly regret that your one holiday meal was marred by these hiccups. We would love the opportunity to welcome you and your daughter back under better circumstances to show you the seamless, friendly service we are actually known for.
