Regarding the Tonkatsu ramen, we have decided to suspend its sale to focus on further refinement. In its place, our new Tantanmen and Shoyu Ramen are now available and have been receiving great feedback! We’d love for you to try them on your next visit. We also wanted to share that we stopped serving the insect-infused drinks after much soul-searching about whether that is truly what we want to drink in the future.
