Wow!! An exceptional experience for both vegans and non vegans. Being long time vegans of many many years, this place for myself and my husband was absolute heaven. A real paradise. Fabulous location at some 2000 metres, stunning 360 degree views of beautiful mountain peaks, gorgeous trees and long undulating pistes. The hotel has been designed to the highest of standards, the staff are all so pleasant, professional and friendly. The kitchen is an absolute delight, the food unbelievably wonderful, vegan cuisine at its highest level. A true delight for all. This is our first time staying here, we found the hotel when skiing over from Rifugio Salei last year and made our booking immediately! This will be the first visit of many!
