Hey! Sounds like you had a really bad experience and I understand why you wouldn't want to return. I want to say though that I've gone there so many times I've lost count and it's never been the way you described it. I think it's important to consider that people on staff everywhere have bad days and that this is a newer fast food place that doesn't have the same kind of resources as other places that have been open for 10 or more years. They are in the process of building their clientele and there aren't enough late night orders to put as many people on staff as other 24-hour places. That being said, I can't imagine working there alone or with one other person and getting a $200 order. Perhaps they should have let you know. There is a direct number you can call. It's 519-200-8389 (I had a hard time finding it too). I strongly recommend you try going at least once more during the day time and if that goes well which I'm certain it will, try another late night visit. I've gone around midnight and had my order in 10 minutes. I know it sucks to get such bad service and it makes you want to never return. I'm telling you though that it's rare to get bad service here. At least based on my countless visits and those of all the people I've gotten to go there. My vegan and non-vegan friends and family love it. This is my favorite fast food place :$ and I swear by it. Hope you will reconsider
