Thank you for your visit and for the detailed feedback. We’re really happy you enjoyed the food and ambience. We’re sorry the service felt a bit “offline” — even with phone ordering, we should be more present and helpful, especially when guests are sharing dishes. We’re working on improving our floor support and communication. Regarding the ¥500 seating fee, we understand it can be unexpected, and we’ll keep making this clearer at the entrance and online (it includes popcorn).
