The Sprout cafe has always been completely vegan aside from the option of cows milk which we feel is necessary in a town with so many seasonal, milk preferring visitors supporting the business. We have been in touch with happy cow regarding two separate listings, one for the cafe and one for the shop which is a traditional health food shop (not vegan) providing things such as bone broth as you correctly point out. For now we have one listing which should possibly be listed under 'cafe' not 'shop'. We apologise for any confusion caused and really appreciate your accurate review. thank you Sebastian
