This review is completely false and defamatory. The Sweet Botanist is not under investigation, has never committed fraud, and operates fully within the law. We have not been contacted by police. Your order was ready for pick-up and you never showed. You requested a refund four days after ordering, which violates our Terms of Service… you agreed to them at checkout. We haven’t offered the service you requested (a Harrisburg Meet Up) at all in 2025, and you placed your order without even asking if a meet up was possible. That is your negligence! You may have temporarily received a refund, but it is under review, and our lawyers and the bank have all evidence, including your nasty messages, your agreed to TOS, and photos of your prepared order you never picked up. Your claims are lies, malicious, and damaging. Attacking a small vegan business with false accusations is disgusting and will not be tolerated. Posting defamatory statements is illegal and actionable, we will pursue all legal remedies available. The only legal action ever threatened was in response to your malicious lies.
