Dear Iain Montgomery, I am not going to engage in insults or accusations. I am simply clarifying my position. I requested the official complaints book because it is a legal right of any customer, regardless of whether the establishment considers itself open at that moment. That request was the reason I “did not want to leave your place,” as you stated. As I mentioned several times, I am on the autism spectrum. The use of physical force against a person with a mental disability - and, more generally, against anyone who is physically smaller or weaker - is unacceptable. This is precisely the kind of behavior that should be brought to the attention of future customers. That is the purpose of reviews on public platforms: to share personal experiences with the community. If such feedback is unwelcome, the solution is to avoid engaging in physical force toward others. Finally, I would strongly encourage you to reconsider the way you communicate with people who enter your establishment. I understand that you may have been tired or dealing with personal reasons for opening late. However, there are many ways to communicate such situations calmly and respectfully. Shouting at customers only contributes to a hostile and toxic environment and as you stated yourself "creates problems" for yourself and for others.
