That said, we do want to respectfully note that judging our entire menu and concept based on a single visit and one of our most basic sandwiches doesn’t fully represent what we offer. Our menu includes a wide range of house-made items and rotating specials that many guests travel specifically to enjoy. We understand that taste and texture are subjective, and we appreciate you mentioning that the Italian sub and fries were enjoyable. As for amenities, we are transparent about being a small, takeout-focused space, which can be different from what some out-of-town guests expect. Specifically during September and October when most places close their bathrooms. We’re always open to constructive feedback, but we also encourage guests to reach out directly if something falls short so we have the opportunity to address it in the moment.
