For your information: Da Nang gumbo IS NEVER HOT from time it was created. It is kind of salad. What kind of salad is hot? Please check with any locals you met. We should learn about culture while traveling. You have right to like the food or not, but you can't justify a culture by what you are thinking in your head. It's not polite at all. After all, if you don't like our culture, why you come?
