Hi there - Thank you for your response, I appreciate it. I didn't communicate some of these things to my servers during my visit because I didn't feel like I could accurately communicate with them. I did ask about the "vegan milk" on the menu and after being told it was "vegan milk" I was shown a picture of the Carnation evaporated milk which is not vegan and opted for oatmilk. I completely understand there is a language barrier and as I am a visitor I always try to be polite. Also I understand that as a Michelin Bib Gourmand-recognized vegan restaurant, and the prices are proportionate to that standard. I don't have anything else to add from this review. My visit was on 21/11.
