Serves meat, vegan options available. Restaurant and hotel located in the small village of Frabosa Soprana, in the Monregalese ski area, southwest of Cuneo. Vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic menus must be reserved at least in the morning of the same day. Food is mostly local and organic. Vegan dishes include seitan and tofu, wholemeal cereals, wild herbs soups, baked pears, apples and peaches. Salad buffet. Vegetables are grown in their own garden. Pleasant views over the sorrounding mountains and woods. Dinner service starts at 7.30 pm. Closed in October and from April 15 to May 15.

Cafe in a restored 1870s railway carriage, serving organic tea and coffee, cakes, and lunches, incorporating their home grown organic vegetables and salad leaves. The shop sells vegan stuff and promotes organic produce, however does sell meat. Directions: The Railway Carriage Cafe is located about a mile west from South Petherton roundabout, shortly before approaching another roundabout on the road into Ilminster. When approaching the cafe and Trading Post shop from this direction, it will be found on the left-hand side. Was previously all veg, now serves meat.
