After wanting to try The Radical Beet for about a month now, I finally got to give it a try! In the simplest terms: the food is absolutely amazing. Seriously, some of the best food. I ordered the Earth Melting Patty Melt (I subbed in a Beyond patty), and it was sooo tasty. The flavors were very cohesive, as in they all worked well together. My boyfriend ordered the Chix-Fil-Gay sandwich, and he really enjoyed his meal. I tasted it, and the tofu “chicken” was super good, especially the coating. The fries were also the perfect amount of fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, so I was happy!
Read moreOverall, I love their concept and dedication to veganism, community, and advocacy. I always like to support local businesses, and this one should not be missed! I highly recommend giving this place a try, and I am looking forward to trying other menu items.

Amazing burgers! - Edit
I've had most things here so far. The burgers are top notch! Flavors and ingredients are creative, and the portions are generous. My only complaints are that the fries are frozen crinkle cut fries, and they taste like they were frozen. Also, the 420 Nuggs are simply tofu. The battery and frying is really well executed, but the inside is a bit disappointing. Drinks are limited and sugary. I like Jaritos, but I typically don't go for sugary drinks.

We ordered the mushrooms and had Vietnamese French bread 🥖, put them inside and and had the best sandwich.

Delicious, Order Ahead - Edit
We got the Not Your Land Nachos and the Earth Melting Patty Melt. Both were delicious. The patty melt came with fries. It was easy to customize in the order. There were two benches next to the food hub, but generally not a lot of space to sit. Would recommend ordering ahead, since it took a little while to get our food. The packaging was paper (not plastic).

EAT THE MUSHROOMS - Edit
My mom and I came here when we learned about it visiting Gorilla Eats Sushi, their kitchen neighbor. The owner was also super sweet and kind! We had to ask to ensure some ingredients were safe for my mom with pepper allergies, and we got great tips of what was safe to eat and what to request!
Read moreNow, the food. THE FOOD!!! Holy wow it is amazing. In classic burger fashion we got their Ruth Bader Gins-Burger and the Earth Melting Patty Melt. Both of these burgers were fantastic, but for us the real star of the show were the Magic Shroom Nuggies. Those nuggies sent us to food nirvana!! Y'ALL FOR REAL EAT THE MUSHROOMS!!!
Definitely a place we plan to visit again!
