Delicious!

Got the mac and cheese and BLT and they were both so good! For dessert got the vegan and gluten-free brownie and it was the best brownie I've ever had (vegan or not)!!

Pros: Friendly staff, Good portions

Yummy!

Half restaurant, half music store. The Bacon Mac & Cheese Panini was unique and delicious. Great place to grab a quick bite. Really nice to have another worthwhile vegan option in the area.

Pros: Very friendly , Tasty

Cons: Limited hours

Worth going to!

I wasn't sure about this place as it doesn't look like anything more than a music shop from the outside but it was excellent and I will be returning!

The staff was very friendly and the food was awesome. I had the Bacon, Mac and cheese panini with a side of chilli. Best sandwich I had in a long time.

Best vegetarian kitchen in the state

There's no signage indicating that there's a restaurant in this music shop but The Musical Forest Cafe is definitely a rising star. The staff is tiny and the single chef makes all of the food in an open kitchen. The chef is extremely friendly--ask him about the menu, he'll change anything to your liking and recommend anything.

The menu is completely lacto vegetarian. With the exception of dairy cheese and coffee creamer options, it's entirely vegan. All the food is organic and non-GMO and a lot of it is local.

We tried the caprese panini, some sort of veggie cauliflower and carrot panini, and sausage and peppers sandwich, and got sides of cole slaw and barbecue pasta salad. Everything was fantastic and fresh but the sausage and peppers is an absolute must- the sausage is made in house and was absolutely delicious. It's made completely from scratch, as are the other "meats" sold (hot dogs, etc.)
.
Easily the best vegan meal we'd had and much. Notches better than the other vegetarian bistros around (and half the price!) If you're anywhere near the area, make it a priority. It's well worth a trip.

Pros: Fantastic organic food, Great staff, Flexible menu

Cons: No room for larger parties

Amazing

Wonderfully friendly staff and amazing food cooked to order. Great selection of both vegan and vegetarian foods. They're always working on some new creation. Seating is somewhat limited but I have never had to wait.

Pros: Price, Variety, flavor

Cons: limited seating
