Nice atmosphere, good food. - Edit
It is known as Mint Dosa now. Vegan options are clearly marked on the menu. Food came out hot, fairly quickly and was delicious. Haf my first dosa which was fantastic. I recommend the Goba 65 (Cauliflower) and the onion bhajis were superb. Relatively inexpensive as well.
