Mac was good but my kid prefers annies boxes. Kale and arugula salad didnt seem to have any dressing. The cauli tacos were perfect....healthy and light and flavorful

I worked at Fresh Thymes during my undergrad at CU and LOVED it. The food is always so fresh, the majority is sourced locally and everything is delicious, though much of the menu changes seasonally which is awesome! (App won't let me give 5 stars bc it does serve meat as the restaurant is based on a Palo diet.)

This place is great. They have a couple of good vegetarian and vegan options. Everything is fresh and very delicious. Try the mushroom tacos.
