Super delicious!

pay by weight, staff was really friendly. lots of veggies, lots of tofu and noodles, not clearly labeled as vegan but you can kinda guess really easy what’s vegan and what’s not. or ask the staff, they are ready to tell you what’s vegan. especially with the soup base.
they even give you aprons if needed.
was really delicious after all, but please be aware that they serve meat and fish that is presented right beneath the veggies. could look a little disturbing/disgusting to some 😅

Intriguing concept

You take an empty bowl and throw in anything you like from the buffet. Hand it in at the counter and in 10 minutes you have a hot bowl of soup. You pay by weight.

The selection is huge: different types of tofu, lots of greens, mushrooms, noodles, sprouts, herbs,...

The restaurant offers plenty of seating. The vibe is rather busy, not quite as extreme as in a fast food restaurant, but in that direction. So it's more for casual dining, e.g. after work (or takeaway).

Unfortunately, there is no vegan labeling. Most of it is obvious, but it would be helpful for the broth and sauces. If in doubt, you have to ask.

Pros: fast preparation, lots of choices

Cons: no vegan labels
