Pop-up pizzeria serving Neapolitan style vegan pizza. Options include the mushroom madness pizza (mushroom, creme sauce, cheese and green onion) and the rebel pizza (buffalo sauce, potatoes, cheese, green onion, ranch). As of May 2021, operates at Pacific Beach Farmers Market on Tue and at the North Park Farmers Market on Thurs. See Instagram for schedule and location changes. My kids and I love this place! - Edit

We usually get this at the Thursday North Park Farmers Market. Maybe we will catch them at the Tursday Pacific Beach Farmers Market. I have been craving this pizza ever since the last time we had it maybe two weeks ago!

Pros: I love their flavors! , I love their ranch! , I love the cheese and dough and vegan sausage

Cons: Maybe would be cool to have more ranch, More napkins, Idk I am not sure there are huge cons here

Ranch & Crust ! - Edit

Today, my boyfriend and I decided to try The Smasher (cheese, beyond sausage, & pesto) pizza from Uprising Pizza while at the PB Farmers Market. We were not disappointed. I usually do not gravitate towards meat on my pizza, but I compromised since my boyfriend likes it, and I was pleasantly surprised. The real showstopper for me was the ranch (comes on the side) and crust. I honestly liked the crust the best… it was so fluffy! Not the best vegan pizza I have ever had, but it is in the top few. If you’re craving pizza, give this place a try!

BEST PIZZA WE"VE EVER HAD - Edit

This pizza is seriously amazing, I really can't say enough good things about it. My husband even asked me "Are you sure this is vegan?" It's delicious, the crust is perfect, it's literally the best pizza hands down. My only regret is that I didn't buy more than one, but next time I see them it'll be a different story! I've had a lot of pizza in my life, both vegan and not vegan in the past, and I would choose this one over any of them. And their prices are reasonable too, which is nice. FIVE STARS!
