Good little vege eatery

Was here on a past trip to Taiwan, and here's my review for HappyCow. It's a decent little place. Seems to have some regular customers. We went on a hot day for lunch and the air conditioner was on. My husband and I got a bento plate (rice & a few sides), a couple of small, ready made appetizer plates, a mountain herbs noodle soup and a bowl of red rice with red beans. Everything was good and cheap. Would return again when in the area.
