A few good vegan options- no full vegan menu as reported. - Edit

They did not have a full vegan menu but were able to make most things on the menu vegan. However the menu in general is quite limited. Everything we had was super tasty though. We had Brussel sprouts, bravas (tasty but nothing like normal patatas bravas ) and a bun with impossible meat (with no bun? Which was also super confusing… but still tasted good.) I’d say everything was tasty but portions were small and expensive, but on par with the prices in telluride. Overall we found this town really un-vegan friendly which was sad. “There” was definitely one of the best options for vegan folks. Ambiance, service, and drinks were top notch.

Would Give 5 stars if I could! - Edit

I know this isn't a fully vegan or vegetarian place but the food was beyond fantastic. It is expensive and you need to know how to order since the amount of food you get is fairly small per dish. It is served and plated like a fine dining restaurant and it's such tiny cozy place. Get there early or make reservations other wise be prepared to eat outside or wait awhile! We got there 20 minutes before they opened so luckily we did not have a wait. The reservation app wouldn't let us make a reservation which is my only complaint besides the small portions of food. You have to order several courses. If the food wasn't so good I may have been discouraged by serving sizes. But literally everything I tasted and it was a large selection of vegan food was amazing!

Pros: Food was beyond excellent!, Fresh ingredients and super tasty!, Love the small cozy atmosphere! Great Staff!

Cons: Wish portions were larger!, The reservation app wasn't working!

YUM! 2019 Update - Edit

06/11/19 Clearly labeled vegan options, yay! BBQ jackfruit toastadas, crispy brussel sprouts, fried cauliflower, avocado tacos, and amazing cocktails. Staff was very helpful and kind. Can’t wait to return!

Pros: Chill atmosphere , Yummy, innovative food, Delicious cocktails

Cons: Small place, Smaller portions , Tad bit pricey but it’s Telly

Stayed one night in Telluride and I found this place on the happycow app. Thnx to the Good review we visited this place. Its quite small and we didn't have a reservation, but they were so nice to serve us anyway. I ordered the veggiebowl. It is really great! It was quinoa with cauliflower, sprouts and mushrooms with great tasting spices. The people are also nice.

Pros: atmosphere, price, great food

Cons: the only cutlery I got was a weird spoon

Special Vegan Menu - Edit

This place is great for vegans. Ask for the special vegan menu. I loved the Brussels sprouts and the potatoes, and the vegetable of the day. The staff is super friendly.
