Healthy and Delicious - Edit

I love the concept of this company - the sustainability and that the scraps and pulp are used at Hideaway Farm and help feel their animal residents. It's a beautiful concept. Life, Fueled by Plants! I had the Sammie by the Sea, and it was delicious and I felt so refreshed eating eat, along with a Sunny Juice, made from golden beets. My friend had a Chick-Pea roll up AND Indulgent smoothie. Only downside was the service, The girls looked like they were less than thrilled, maybe bored being there, on their phones and yawning while serving us. Also we were told that not all options are always available, we were aiming to have the Reuben, but were told it wasn't an option on the Saturday afternoon that we were there- lucky enough there were so many other items to choose from. Also the smoothie was so thick, my friend had to eat it with a spoon, it was more of a pudding- maybe just the way it was made by our half-asleep server. But, delicious regardless of how it was eaten. Love the atmosphere of the cafe and was very comfortable there.

Pros: Everything is delicious, Great waterfront location, Overall concept of the restaurant is AMAZING

Cons: Service was lack luster, Not all items always available , Parking was tricky and expensive

My favorite stop in town - Edit

So happy to have such a great place to get wholesome vegan food and great, fresh juice made to order for me! You get a warm feeling when you go there, everyone is so friendly, staff and customers alike!

Pros: Friendly owners and staff, Excellent fresh food, The best juices and smoothies

Cons: parking is not always convenient

Amazing! - Edit

I drove a half hour out of my way to check out The Stand and I am so glad I did. They made the best sandwich I have had in the last 2 years. I also had a smoothie and a cookie ball. They were yummy too! The place was super clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I wish I lived closer I would be there all the time. :))

Yum! - Edit

Yummy organic soups, salads and sandwiches. Some of my favorite soups are the Potato Leek and Middle Eastern Cous Cous w/Sweet Potato. Love the Backyard Salad! No-Tuna melt is a fave. Also love the "Veggie" juice. Yum!
