Ask for vegan options when booking - Edit
This place is a Gastropub which means very expensive and beautifully presented food. Unless you’re vegan; then it’s just expensive. And it’s not like they don’t have time to organise decent food as you have to pre-warn or any dietary requirements (even vegetarian is lacking).

I started with tomato soup (other option was beetroot with a side of beetroot) then had the choice of cauliflower, potato and spinach curry with rice or a carrot and wild garlic dish (also known as a side, surely?). I went with the curry which was such a piddly portion. There was a brownie and sorbet for dessert but I didn’t have it so I couldn’t comment. To top it all off, this was £37.50 for two courses. £37.50 for what will have cost less than £3 to produce.
Sure, the food tasted good but I wouldn’t recommend it.
