Went there to purchase their Macaroni and Cheese where the portion was generous, price was fair and the sauce was creamy however it did not taste cheesy. The tang and any "cheddar" sharpness was not present despite many other things working for it. Other menu items may have been better but I did not try them. I would recommend others try this if other things on their menu fancy them. The staff were lovely to me and this place deserves your patronage,

My mom and I stopped by and tried the sushi bowl and the spring green bowl. They were both DELICIOUS! I especially loved the dill sauce on the green bowl. Will definitely return!

Had a fabulous lunch at this very clean and wonderful spot in Peterborough. You need to try it! So many options both warm and cold, and the homemade juice was delicious. We had the pad Thai, the electricity bowl, and we shared the polenta fries.

We stopped here for lunch last week. I had the pulled jackfruit and it was delicious! Everything was fresh, service was good, nice atmosphere. My picky child liked the waffles. Would go again!

Had the taco salad for lunch today & enjoyed it very much, yesterday I had the green warrior smoothie & it was delicious. I've always enjoyed everything there except for the pad thai which I had once about a year ago. It had too much dressing & was more like a soup, not what I was expecting & the tahini dressing was overwhelming, needless to say, that's the only item I would never order again. Wish their lasagna was on the menu rather than occasionally a daily special item, it's amazing.

I like the food forest, though I find it a bit pricey. It’s completely gluten free and they use lots of organic veggies so I think that is why. The food is fresh and delicious. I particularly like the garden pesto sandwich with tempeh and the living tacos. They added a breakfast menu that includes waffles and a vegan version of eggs benny among other tasty choices.They also have great juices and teas! Portions are pretty big.

You had at vegan desserts, and smoothies but I come back for the Living Tacos. With only an hour drive each way it's perfect get away for lunch and worth every minute of the Drive!! So many options, sweet, savoury, smoothie, dessert, entrées, coffee, tea, cold pressed juice.

Their tacos are amazing ! Thai peanut bowl is insanely good !
It’s very comfortable inside and staff is always friendly.
They have great specials ! But sadly I only hear of them AFTER they have been served for the day ! Things like BBQ pulled jackfruit And crab cakes , I hear are good- but only happen in special occasion - I wish there was a way to learn of when these things were happening BEFORE they are over !
Food is always yum ! Get a raw taco - you won’t be disappointed ! Feel good food

Visiting Peterborough and was SO happy to find this restaurant. I had a delicious pad thai with cashew sauce and zucchini pasta. The service was great, very friendly. Great gender-neutral bathrooms too.

Hello, this was my first vegan restaurant since becoming a vegan and the food was pretty good. The prices were a bit much (garlic toast - 2 slices of bread was 4 dollars). Aside from that and some items from the menu were unavailable it was pretty good.

AMAZING EVERY TIME - Edit
I've been hooked on the mushroom lentil burger since day 1! So much flavour! Definitely beats the alternative. Their delicious food opens so many new vegan/vegetarian doors I couldn't have imagined possible before this experience.

Best restaurant in Peterborough!! - Edit
I found food forest online and was so excited! I took my uncle (a huge carnivore) yesterday and even HE fell in love with the food! Great ambiance, super friendly staff, good prices and unbelievable food! We had the thai salad and the tacos, which were to die for! The ambiance is adorable, completely vegan and raw! Definitely try this place!!
