Minimal options - Edit
I enjoyed my meals the 2 times I went there, the first time I got the vegan noodles which were in a rich juice which was really nice. The 2nd one I got the Dan Dan noodles (be careful ad they're labelled vegetarian because the noodles have eggs, I asked and switched them out for the other type they had), and I found it really under whelming. It also didn't come with tofu, so I asked for extra which was $2.50 and it only came with 5 quite small pieces. The tempura brussel sprouts were nice, just a really small serving (looks big in the pic but the paper they're on is coned shaped at the bottom). Overall, satisfactory, nothing to rave about. Literally the only thing in this mall that I'd consider edible haha

Great ramen! - Edit
This place, although out of the way in terms of tourism, the food here is great. Not a whole lot of vegan options, but the ones on the menu are very tasty!

Delicious - always get extra broth - Edit
The Vegan ramem is fantastic, but the broth for the veg. Dan Dan Man is phenomenal. Tempura Brussels are also always on my order, as well.

So good! Definitely check it out next time you're in Pearlridge. Or get it to go, the restaurant is right through the door near the parking lot and you can order ahead online.
