Delicious vegan options overlooking the Russian market - Edit
This is a pretty cool place hidden behind the business of the Russian market. The view from the top is spectacular and some of the vegan dishes they serve are delicious. The vegan hotdogs are nice, but the most amazing dish are the cauliflower bites. I came here a couple of times just to have them! I definitely recommend coming here for comfort food and drinks.

It was the first time we had a vegan hot dog and I have to say it was a great start! We had the basic one and the BBQ. Both tasted amazing. And it's pretty cheap. And the view is nice

Had the vegan falafel wrap and fries. Just for $3.50. Tomato sauce is included. You can play pool next door. Plenty of fans blowing if the cigarette smoke bothers you. There’s plenty of outdoor space to sit. Everyone is really friendly.

Vegans beware of some of the condiments - Edit
While the vegan food is really delicious, it's not all vegan as described on the menu. Inquire about the ingredients for each element, don't just ask if it is vegan because they will say yes even if it's not. Especially beware of the sauces, for example the tartare sauce with the 'vegan' tofu tacos is just normal tartare with eggs. They made me a different kind with avocado. The sauce that comes with the fries is egg mayo. The batter on the onion rings has eggs. Not sure the exact ingredients on the burger and hot dog buns, but they tell me it is just white flower, no eggs or milk. You should double check yourself. The staff were great and answered all my questions as well as double checked in the kitchen. It's a really great space to sit in the afternoon and evening.

Delicious Vegan Junk Food - Edit
It was so nice to find vegan junk food in Phnom Penh. I had the battered + fried tofu tacos which were delicious. The falafel hot dog was also great. The staff is knowledgeable of vegan options. Use the attached photo for any ingredient inquiries. The atmosphere is great too - an open floor plan rooftop bar overlooking the Russian Market.

Mostly vegan junk food but that’s ok every now & then! I had the loaded falafel hot dog which was really tasty! Amazing view over the market, great at sunset, big cocktail menu, it seems to be mostly expats that go here
