go-to for taiwanese comfort food:DD

only got a few dishes this time but i can say that most or maybe even all veg dishes don't disappoint!!

- true to its name, the fresh taiwanese was soo silky and refreshing:DD just make sure to order it without the bonito flaskes;DD

- steamed mantou was suuuuper soft and pillowy:>>

- the mushroom and vegetable dumplings really hit the dimsum cravings hehe i recommend dipping in the ginger and vinegar. would get two orders for myself if i could hehe

- the noodles with sesame and peanut sauce is good too but only if im particularly in the mood for it skdhsj it's also a bit too much than i would like. i'd get bored of the taste midway through eating it

other than that, service was pretty great! despite the fact that we were outside, waiters were attentive, kind, and fast:> they also did my requests perfectly:>

i also love that they use reusable chopstick instead of disposables and paper straws instead of plastic >

although it should be noted na we did have a really bad first experience with this branch a year ago 😭😭😭 we were catching a musical. we got a table, waited around 30 mins, got served one of our dishes, but that whole time, they didn't bother to tell us that it would take around 30 more mins to serve the rest of the food?? we lost so much time that we could've used to find another restaurant and make it in time for the show 😭😭😭

hoping for more vegan options soon!! vegan xiao long bao maybe? 👀
