Latino owned mobile food truck appearing at pop-up locations and events. Authentic Mexican/American street food: brisket tacos, al pastor, brisket nachos, tortas, smothered red chili tamales, mango ceviche tostadas, BBQ sandwiches, mole burritos, and more. I try and get to em when I can, the only downside of a food truck. They have sole gf options and I appreciate this and every time I've been they are making things their own from scratch and not relying on expensive super processed pre made foods.

These people know how to make vegan food. We’re Texans… we know barbecue and their brisket was 100%, taste, texture, appearance, amazing barbecue. We had the nachos and even the cheese sauce was spot on.

Root 66 typically shares their menu on facebook a few days prior to events. They often use their brisket in a couple ways, such as in their nachos and a burrito. The nachos are amazing, with gooey cheese sauce, a sprinkling of cabbage, jalapeños, and carrot shreds, guac sauce, plus their delicious vegan brisket.

I went on a Sunday and caught the brunch menu. My girlfriend said she had never had vegan biscuits and gravy that tasted so good and my meal was also incredibly delicious. The prices were incredibly low for the great quality of food and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely check out this place if you are in the area, so happy to have a vegan friendly eatery so close to home!

Yummy comfort food made healthy and 100% vegan. Be sure to try the sausage and pepper sandwich and don't miss the Sunday Brunch. Located behind the Santa Fe Brewing tasting room called The Brakeroom, customers are welcome to take their food in and sit down. This place is great!
