Surprisingly good - Edit
Come to Bialystok a couple of times a year and always walk past this place. Didn't expect much good vegan stuff or great ramen generally. But I went this time and was pleasantly surprised by both. Decent ramen and enough vegan choice to not feel limited. Just no vegan desert.

Surprisingly good ramen! - Edit
Good vegan ramen is not easy to stumble upon but Ram’n’base (great name btw) has it. I enjoyed my vegan Tantan, with rich and balanced flavor, familiar sesame and surprising peanuts. I’ve also enjoyed their fries with tofu and mayo. There are 2 sizes for ramens, small/mid and large. The smaller one is perfect for a quick bite. Staff is friendly and helpful, there are 2 seating areas, near the open kitchen and in a space closer to the exit, not really outside but not fully inside, if that makes sense. One of the best places for vegan food that I’ve tried in the city, can recommend.
