Life saving supplies - Edit
Great little store with a large variety of vegan snacks and other food stuff (e.g. pasta sauce, curry, staples etc). They even have homemade vegan cookies (several flavors).

This place is excellent. Stopped in for vegan bentos as dive boats don’t have a vegan option and wasn’t disappointed. The flavour was a little light for my taste, but it really hit the spot after a morning of diving. The store sells a variety of vegan items as well including ramen, curries, and soy meat.

Really delicious lunch plate. They also have a half lunch place without dessert and some side options. It’s next to a Mexican restaurant(same owners?) which also has vegan options so you actually have a lot to choose from. Features local vegetables and has a nice atmosphere. If you miss lunch just go back for dinner but only Mexican options!

Must visit in Ishigaki - Edit
The shop is full of treasures. Unfortunately the cafe opens only during lunch time. I had the full lunch set. Everything is so nice. I love their salad and rice. It's such a pity that they do not open during the dinner time.

Vegan gem in a tropical island!! - Edit
As any of vege traveller, my main concern is "can I find a food in this or that place?" It was a miracle I found this amazing vegan/macrobiotic shop!!
Read moreAs I was arriving there late but the owner lady prepared for me a very nice vegetarian plate and left it her husband's Mexican bar, which is also vegetarian friendly and it's located next to her store.
