Pho and bubble tea - Edit
Everything on the menu is very clearly marked and they have vegan and gluten free options for everyone. I also got a vegan bubble tea which is the best dessert from pho

Really Yummy - Edit
It not 100% vegan but they have some delicious options. The staff is wonderful. And plenty of times I’ve asked for “special” meals, and they have always been accommodating. I know the Banh Mi bread isn’t vegan, but it is my favorite. I splurge and eat it at least once a month.

Pho is ok - Edit
Their pho is ok, it’s different than most pho I’ve had. Their bahn mi is banging though. Along with the puffs. Fun little place, staff is always super friendly.

Tasty, with Limited Options - Edit
Tried their veggie ban mi (vegan, only veggies) and their veggie pho (vegan, tofu and veggies) as a soup & sandwich combo lunch special. Tasty with fresh ingredients. All sandwiches come with a side of crab chips - no veggie option available and no price reduction/exchange possible. Pretty limited options for non-meat eaters: one choice of sandwich, one soup, and some simple salads.

yum! but beware of the rice bowl sauce. - Edit
The pho is delicious. Good broth, tons of veggies and noodles, lots of toppings available. We also order an off-menu tofu rice bowl which is very good (I love the pickled veggies in here!) but we were just informed today the sauce it comes with (on the side every time we've ordered it) contains fish sauce. Luckily my girlfriend is not a vinegar fan, so she's never eaten it, but I'm still very glad the waiter let me know today! We haven't tried the sandwich yet, I like the pho too much!

Cons: few options, didn't inform us about the sauce at first

Chain feel - Edit
The pho is good but broth is salty. Pho Bac is better. This feels like a chain and I'm not a fan of chains. Fixings are at a bar, but the soup comes with basil and cilantro already in it. Bowls are smaller than most pho places. Ask for non-styrofoam cups.

Cons: feels like a chain, cups are styrofoam

Vegan Pho changed my life - Edit
Ok, maybe not changed my life, but came damn near close. Phubs didn't have a ton of Vegan options but it didn't matter. I am also gluten-free so I was happy to see all of their noodles were GF. I got the Veggie bowl (small) which was more than enough. It was delicious. Of course adding lime, sriracha, cilantro, etc. per your liking is crucial. But the broth was very tasty on it's own. They had cooked (maybe fried?) the tofu before adding it to the bowl which gave it a nice texture. I was finished with mine way before my friends were! Oops. Anyways I will definitely be going back here. Thanks Phubs!

nice find - Edit
We stopped here on our drive home to CT. I enjoyed a nice vegan pho and sandwich. It's hard to find vegan food on the road. We will stop by again if we come this way.

Vegan Pho in Maryland - Edit
With only one non-animal dish on the menu, there's nothing to think about, but don't worry, it's one of the best vegetarian phos you'll ever have - fresh, local, organic veggies with loads of rice noodles. Don't forget the salad bar for the extras.

nice addition to the area - Edit
I had the soup and half sub combo. The sandwich (vegetable banh mi) was excellent. The pho was good and filling with a little siracha. Right in this plaza there are now at least 3 places with vegan options. I'm happy to have Phubs in the area! Whenever I'm over this way, I will have to swing past.
