Passero's is not unionized. You can tell from the lack of customers this operation is crashing and burning. Try a unionized shop instead?

suburban station by stairs to tracks 1&2 - Edit
First off: location. It's in suburban station on the main concourse level. You can get to the station by various entrances and they all end up in the main concourse where there are multiple coffee shops, eateries, etc. Passeros is by the stairs to Tracks 1&2. It's off to the side. Coming from the city center and walking west, it should be on your right.
