Listen, I’m not a sorbet fan. It’s fine, but a proper frozen dessert needs a creamy base, right? Otherwise it’s just juice. Enter Papalani’s sorbetto. 12 or 18 (can’t remember which, either way, plenty!) diverse flavors of vegan sorbet that are so well done you don’t miss all that fat. So good!!

Cute small gelato shop with 12 flavors of non dairy sorbetto. Unique flavors with many made from Hawaiian fruits. Tried the banana Oreo and dark chocolate sorbetto. They let you sample before buying and the owner was enthusiastic to share new flavors with us.

They had so many vegan flavours it was ice cream heaven! We tried to cold brew coffee, banana Oreo, coconut, mai tai, and pink lemonade! They lovely man serving us day one even gave us some samples when they don’t do free samples! Had to line up the next time they are so popular but so worth the wait.

Was so pleased. Lots of vegan sorbetto choices (at least 12 ). Staff were knowledgeable in pointing out what was vegan and what wasn’t. Super delicious and would highly recommend for a sweet and refreshing treat.

Like everyone has said on the reviews, there are so many vegan options every day, in a dedicated non-dairy case. I had the sweet hibiscus and dark chocolate. They were 4 stars. My non-vegan companion loved and raved about the frozen drink he had. 5 stars for the incredible vegan selection and incredibly friendly service. What a great place.

They had so many vegan flavors and seemed accommodating to other diets as well which is always nice to see. They were pretty busy when we showed up so there was a bit of a wait. They have 12 vegan flavors as of December 2021. I recommend the strawberry guava!

We have been here a couple times in the last 3 years. The staff is really helpful and knowledgeable about which ice cream are vegan, have eggs etc. So many non dairy choices and everything we have tried is amazing. So creamy, just like when he had sorbetto in Italy. If on Kauai definable get dessert here.

Over 10 vegan sorbets that are really delicious! Freshly made without much fat. Dark chocolate, dark chocolate coconut, and coconut gelato are a must try! In the Poipu shopping mall. Would have loved more info on the ingredients (staff did not know what type of nut milk was used) but it is a local, great quality gelateria.

The guy behind the counter told us their vegan gelatos are water-based. Careful though, it melts quickly and can get quite drippy!

Went almost every day while staying on the south side. The chocolate banana flavour was amazing! It's so nice to have vegan sorbet/ice cream that's sweet and chocolatey, without being reserved to only fruit sorbet. That being said, the lilikoi and POG were also really good! There's at least a dozen vegan options (half of the store), and you can sample before ordering. Flavours seem to rotate a bit.

This was DELICIOUS, especially the chocolate flavors. I was skeptical when I heard it was "dairy free," but according to everyone I asked it is completely vegan (although I'm not sure about the sugar processing). The only complaint is that you have to buy a huge portion of it to get more than 2 flavors even though they could easily fit 3 in the medium. Not a big deal.

This place was amazing! The sorbetto was so good, we went twice! The sorbetto is flavorful, creamy, and tastes so fresh. They had at least 8 different flavors to choose from! We had flavors including dark chocolate, strawberry guava, dark chocolate banana, pineapple.. they also had a sugar free option. Would highly recommend!

After a diving trip this was a great find! They had four vegan sorbet favors and they were all yummy. I got the lemon and their pog flavor which is passion fruit, blood orange and guava.
