From OK to not so good

We have liked Pacos because they are close and had a separate vegan menu. The potato flautas were good. The atmosphere was nice and Mike liked the margaritas. Never felt like the staff was into the vegan menu.

Now there is no vegan menu. And it's super difficult to get someone on the phone to order. In some ways I get, but other restaurants are rocking it now with food and service, so I know it can be done.

Until they make some changes I would go elsewhere, like The Taco Man.

Pros: Vegan menu

Cons: No more vegan menu

Vegan? Sort of...

The Vegan burrito was fairly lame. It was basically rice and some beans. I would have expected more veggies. There were only a few mixed in with onions. Also, how about vegan cheese? I would rate them higher if they had more vegan options...especially cheese!

Pros: great staff, kids eat free Tuesday , 2 for $20 menu

Cons: no vegan cheese, very limited vegan options, refried beans have LARD 😩

Good Options

I've been here a few times and have had the vegan burrito and the potato flautas. It is a pretty cute Mexican restaurant, quite El Torito-esque. It's a great place if you're dining with omnivores. Both things I've had were pretty good and were served in very large portions. You won't leave hungry!

Pros: vegan section on menu, omnis will be happy, very friendly service

Cons: meat (obviously)

small vegan menu

Went w/ my boyfriend and we both ordered the vegan fajitas. Holy moly! We got a ton of food! The fajitas include peppers, onions, zucchini, and potatoes . It is severed w/ ur choice of corn or flour tortillas, avocado slices, beans, white rice and lettuce. Everything was tasty. We ended up taking a lot home

Pros: taste, value

Cons: no tofu or meat substitutes
