Sweet and fabulous - Edit
The three vegan offerings are soft, sweet, and slightly chewy. They have choc chip, oatmeal raisin, and lemon. Classic cookie choices that are priced right and baked to perfection. Pick some up when you’re in the neighborhood!

Read moreWell, in general too, these Santa Cruz home grown cookies are a treat and a half. When I used to be enjoy dairy, it was always so good to have one of their warm, freshly baked cookies while walking down Pacific Ave. You can get half a dozen for $7 which is a great deal for their quality baked goods.
Now, I'm someone that needs to watch my sugar intake but will happily splurge on one of Pacific Cookie Company's epic vegan cookies every now and then. They started producing these at the beginning of 2020 and I'm so glad they did, because they truly make a difference in curbing my cravings.
You get three vegan options: oatmeal raisin, chocolate chip, and lemon. Each of these rocked my world and you really can't taste the difference between this and their non-vegan cookies that use milk and eggs. I'll happily stop by to support their business because they are just that good.
I've had many cookies now since being plant-based and nothing compares to PCC.

The chocolate chip was my favorite, the lemon second, and the oatmeal cookie was a little crisp. Other all, they were good. Maybe a little on the salty side.

Three vegan cookie options: lemon, chocolate chip, oatmeal raisin. The chocolate chip is absolute fire! I also tried the lemon and quite enjoyed it. The lemon flavor is natural and the perfect balance between sweet and tart.

The local vegan community has been abuzz about the new vegan cookies at Pacific Cookie Company, so I knew I had to try them out. I had the chocolate chip and also the lemon drop cookie- both were delicious and I went back the next day : )
