Il mio preferito in assoluto tra quelli provati a Malta,dovete chiedere il menù vegan quando vi accomodate al tavolo: piatti particolari e squisiti, tre opzioni per portata e due dolci. Tutto talmente buono che mi sono ricordata di fotografare solo il dolce al mango (uno dei più buoni mai mangiati).

Overall, "One 80" exceeded my expectations in every aspect, from the charming staff to the delectable food. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a memorable meal in a welcoming and elegant setting.

Separate menu for vegans and the chef caters for allergies too. I had the apple and beetroot tart to start which was so light and fresh, followed by the fried tofu and quinoa topped roaster aubergine bursting with flavours, then the dark chocolate mousse with dark cherries…I’ve never eaten so much. You HAVE to visit here, quiet when we went but we still booked in case, absolutely superb!

Food was amazing! They have a full plant based menu with quite a few (special) options. When I sat down they didn't initially give me the plant based menu, so you'll probably have to ask for it.

The restaurant opened only 6 months ago. It is a bit hidden, but still in the center of Valletta.
Read moreI went to the sister restaurant in Melieha a few days before and had to try this one as well. The staff is super friendly in both of the restaurants.
The setting is a mixture between casual and luxuary. The dishes are well composed and you'll have an explosion of tastes in your mouth.
The menu changes from time to time. You can check out the current menu on their website.
