Lots of vegan options - Edit
vegan baby springs salad bowl, hummus with flatbread entre, oat almond milk iced coffee and drinks, home made muesli with fruit and optional almond milk and avocado pesto tomato sandwich that can be made vegan if removing the mozzarella

Had a vegetarian quiche, my boyfriend got a vegan salad with quinoa and tempeh. Not many options, but what they serve is delicious. Would have given 5 stars, if I could.

Was expecting humMUS - Edit
Turned out it was because it's a MUSeum café. The hummus was only available from lunch. Went here for breakfast, had a vegetarian panini and vegan bagel with hummus and grilled vegetables. Food was alright, nothing special. Had trouble finding a breakfast place on a Monday and ended up here.
