Vegan and gluten free - Edit
Nice vegan and gluten free. They were out of all the bread and bagels which was the main reason I went so that’s why 4 stars but otherwise nice place friendly staff.

Clean, organic, deliciousness. - Edit
Happened to be in the area and made it a point to come here again. This is my second visit. First time was during lunch, so I got the mexican brown rice bowl and a hot dirty chaga. BEYOND YUM. Portion was perfect..not too small and not too big. This time it's breakfast, so I went with a hot chagaccino and avocado toast. I don't mind, at all, paying higher prices for healthy organic food. However the avo toast only comes with 1 slice. For $12 you would think there'd be 2.

Yummy light vegan eats - Edit
I love when I go to a place and everything on the menu sounds delicious. I had a green smoothie and some cacao balls. I was keeping it lite. I will be back to try some of their balls and kelp pasta

Delicous - Edit
How did I not know about this place!!!!
Read moreI just saw that they are vegan by accident because the plant food signs are small (not very visible from outside), and I also found out that they are gluten free because I went in and asked. I just tried their chocolate banana muffin, and it was so good! The price is a little expensive but super worth it.
I'm so happy I found this place, but pissed that I only just found out about them now 😂
I will definitely be coming back!

Raw food on beautiful day - Edit
J had the mexican wrap (quinoa etc) in collard wrap & the hummus flatbread; B had the Make Out salad. Salad just a salad & a kombucha. J really liked his items. Late lunch for us & no dinner so we were snacking later.

Raw food in Culver City - Edit
Read about this on happycow and thought I'd give it a try. I've been to Matthew Kenney previous venture MAKE in Santa Monica, so I knew a bit what to expect.
Read moreWell I have to say the kelp noodle dishes are quite tasty. My friend and I share a couple of those varieties. I also like their green juices (cold pressed, in bottles). For dessert my favorite is the raw cookie.
The space is simple casual, it's centrally located in downtown Culver City just behind Culver hotel. Good!

A lot of yum - Edit
Had the almond kelp noodles and the kale caesar salad, as well as a smoothie. The kelp noodles were great and very similar to what they serve at MAKE for a lot more. The kale was good, but the kale was kind of stiff and bitter; didn't seem to be massaged. The smoothie had a yummy flavor but I was disappointed in the consistency. Smoothies are supposed to be thick, possibly icy, and creamy. This was more like a juice with pulp. I expected a place that specializes in juice/smoothies to be better in that regard. Still, it's an awesome vegan (except for honey) place in Culver City and the quality of the food is well worth the higher price.
Read moreI do wish that they would have reusable plates/forks for those eating in. It seems like a big waste to have everything in throwaway or even compostable containers. Hope they fix that as they find that more people are eating inside!
Cons: a little expensive
