Part of international chain of vegan restaurants opened by followers of Supreme Master Ching Hai, an advocate for vegetarian living. Each location is individually family owned and operated. Serves all vegan food, coffee, non-alcoholic beverages, and more. Has a menu of the day. JULY 2013 under renovation and closed. AUG 2015 REPORTED NOT REOPENING HERE.

best (and only) Vegan food in Puebla

Nice and classy, not fat but sassy, unchicken nachos!!!

Good atmosphere, super clean, has menus of the day and rotating all vegan desserts. They make their mock meats and cheeses in house and you can even purchase some to take home.

The Cuban Delight is so far my favorite thing on the menu but they have several selections including Italian, Mexican, Breakfasts, Asian and American gourmet. YUM!
