Local Meals - Veganised - Edit
Many westerners are surprised when I tell them of our vegan experiences in Mongolia. Even our local guide was cynical until she tried some of the Mongolian delicacies here like Khushoor, a mince-style pasty that was quite awesome. Patronised not by tourists, but by locals, which is most often a good sign.
