La Vegane crêpe du jour

if you're lucky you'll find the "crêpe du jour" (crepe of the day, recipe changes every day) "la végane" which is vegan (no butter, and a home made ratatouille in the crepe).
Otherwise, there's "la végétalienne" with tomatoes, mushrooms, green salad. a bit expensive compared to the other crepes that contains meat and cheese.

Unfortunate

They actually have a vegan crêpe on the menu now - it's the savoury buckwheat crêpe filled with mushrooms, a little lettuce and a slice or two of wet tomato. Honestly, I couldn't even finish it, it was horrible. Maybe if you adore mushrooms it'd be alright.

I've also tried having a savoury crêpe with a sweet topping, but the crêpe itself is so salty it doesn't make for a very satisfying combination!
