Pretty tasty

The restaurant has a, in my opinion, really nice decoration inside the buildings and it's quite comfortable. Vegans options were marked as such and you had quite some dishes to choose from, as well as side dishes. I'm always haopy to find indian restaurants bc the usually have vegan food and I can recommend this one. Tasted really good, even tho I think they confused my curry a little, I ordered one with spinach and tomatoes but got spinach and soja chicken. We also got one those bloated breads for free! Super tasty and really friendly of them.

They seem a little importunate with asking us several times if everything is fine but I didn't mind too much.

Pros: Tasty food , Decoration , Vegan food is labeled as such

Cons: Confused my order

Good food and cheesy decoration in the best way

The spinach vegan meat curry I had was excellent. The naan is really good, it's thinner and more chewy. Medium spicy was not spicy at all for me. They offer momo but they need 40mins to prepare.

Pros: Many vegan options, Good hot sauce, The naan

Best Indian food in the area

It's the go to Indian place for my husband and I. We always have a good experience and good food.
Also, they serve great vegan naan and bhatura, which is rare to find.

3.5/5 – Tasty curry for a good price

Me and my wife ordered this for delivery on Wolt. There were three vegan curries to choose from as well as a few side options. We both went for the Vegan Chicken Palak (which comes with rice included), Vegan Papadams and I also got a Vegan Naan. The food arrived quickly and was nice and hot. The Palak was a nice big portion and very tasty. The naan was decent although I found it a bit too squidgy, almost more like a pancake texture. The papadams were also decent but tasted a bit like the ones you buy in the supermarket. Overall I enjoyed my meal and would recommend this place as you get a big tasty curry for a good price!

Pros: Generous portions, Good price, Tasty curry

Cons: Naan has a squidgy texture, Papadams could be better, Limited vegan range for delivery

Still my favourite Indian but fellow vegans beware ;)

Well, first of all I’m frequently ordering at Krishnas. So I still like their Food very much. But lately it got quite expensive.
I still want to tell you my experience when eating in the restaurant. I went there with a fellow vegan. He ordered the vegan Meal including vegan pakoras. When the pakoras arrived he noticed they had chicken in them which you cannot recognise until you’ve tried them. He told them about the mistake and they tried to discuss with us that he ordered it with meat. I mean ...come on...as if. They also gave me the wrong dish but at least vegan, same discussion that I ordered this dish even tough I told them that I was pretty sure I ordered a different. Cause I always take Tofu Saag there.
I still ordered from Krishna after this experience because I really like their food. So that has to mean a lot. I would recommend to check twice for meat in yore dish ;P

Odd service but good food

The service was a bit weird here - a bit overly attentive and you feel watched. However they were friendly and fast. I tried the saag tofu which was delicious (as was the rice). The small lentil soup beforehand was a bit underwhelming though

Pros: Good food, Large vegan selection

Cons: Slightly expensive for vegan options for curry, Service had an odd vibe

Best in Berlin

My husband and I frequent this place. We love Indian food and have eaten at countless Indian restaurants in Berlin. It has lovely decor, the service is top notch, but the food is what always brings me back. Everything is always fresh and flavourful with a lot of vegan options. I bring friends here whenever they're in my area and they always agree this place is by far the best. I highly recommend it! Would give 5 stars if it were all vegan.

Pros: Food, Service, Atmosphere

I ordered takeout and it was really good!

On a quiet night in, I decided to get takeout off of pizza.de as they delivered to my area. There were a lot of vegan options to choose from, and I was really happy with what I got. The vegan chicken was decent, although the texture was not my favourite. The two dishes I ordered turned out to be a lot of food, very generous portion sizes. Both dishes were delicious (Chole Alu & Vegan Chicken Saag Badam). I would definitely give them another try!

Pros: Takeout, Large Portion sizes, Tasty

Cons: High minimum value required for takeout

Good vegan curry

We chanced upon this restaurant, as we noticed that the big board outside had vegan options on it. And we're glad we went in, as the menu has three pages of vegan options! There must be 20 or so to choose from.

The starters aren't marked, but we've always found the staff to be knowledgeable about what is vegan and what isn't. If you let them know you want the vegan variation then they'll make sure no yoghurt dip arrives!

Curries in Germany are nowhere near as spicy as they are in Britain, but you can ask them to make it spicier, and here's a pot of chilli sauce on the table too, so you can spice it up yourself.

Living in Berlin, with its wealth of 100%-vegan places, it's rare that we ever go to a non-vegan restaurant, but Krishna is one of the few meaty places that we do frequent.

Pros: wide range of vegan food, knowledgeable staff, open late
