Has some vegan options including four types of tofu, three types of seitan, basturma, sudjukh, seitan khinkali, ishli kufta, pelmeni, falafel, jengyalov hac, tofu-nori “sprats”, vegan vareniks (dumplings) with potato and forest mushrooms filling, and carrot cutlets. Also offers three types of vegan crepes with different fillings (potato, mushrooms and seitan). Order 2-3 days in advance by phone. Minimum order from 3000 AMD, delivery 300 AMD. Also offers several types of vegan ice-cream. Open Mon-Sun 10:00am-8:00pm.

The most delicious vegan sudjukh in the world!

Very cool production and delivery of vegan products in Yerevan! It's great that you can discuss all the details by phone. I met Susanna, the chef and owner of this business. She spoke in detail about the composition of each product and the process. She explained that it took several days to cook some products, even five (if I'm not mistaken, it was about basturma or sudjukh).

Kolibri delivered a large stick of basturma, two sudjukh, several types of frozen seitan, including pieces of smoked seitan with spices and a piece of classic tofu. I also ordered a semi-finished product, frozen khinkali stuffed with seitan.

So far I have tried sudjukh, basturma and smoked seitan. Sudjukh is simply divine, highly recommend! You can call it Armenian jerks, a cool snack, perfect for beer. We ate it so fast! Basturma is similar to sudjukh, but it has a different taste because other mix of spices are used.

Smoked seitan can be cooked as stews, pilaf, vegan carbonara, you can use it for pizza or as a filling for wraps. To be honest, I ate some pieces even raw, they were so delicious!

I almost forgot about the tofu! I can say that this is the most delicious classic tofu I have ever tasted in Yerevan.

In general, if you live in Yerevan or come here for a long time, Kolibri products will make your food much tastier.
