I had that veggie noodle soup with added spice and it was delicious. Veggies were not over cooked, which was great. ***Just make sure to sub vegetable broth, or say you are vegan, otherwise it is made with chicken broth.***Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. As said in other reviews there are some other options throughout the menu as well. Website has full menu available.
We live nearby and go here a lot, or order on Skip. The salt & pepper tofu is SO. GOOD. The veggie pho is good but I do find the broth a little bit sweet for my tastes (make sure you get the veggie broth, though I've never ordered when they haven't specified my broth type, which is impressive!). You can also get a vermicelli bowl with veggie spring rolls an can add some pretty tasty tofu. They're very flexible, so if you ask you can get tofu *instead* of spring rolls, which I like to do. (My ONE complaint is that if you *add* tofu instead of *subbing* tofu, you literally get 5 or 6 small slices for $4! If you sub tofu for spring rolls though, you get way more.) They've got a few other veggie dishes too- the baby bok choy with broccoli and black bean sauce is very tasty. They can do quite a few things vegan and have no problem with customizing. The best thing about this place is that ALL of the staff are knowledgeable about what 'vegan' means, and you don't get that a lot. Highly recommend! (1 star off for not being fully veg :)
I've come here a couple times, and for what it is, I was satisfied. I've had the veggie noodle soup/pho twice, and both times, I was asked if I wanted the veggie broth (yes!). It's a pretty simple soup, with a generous helping of noodles and veggies. It's a little on the salty side, but good. We tried the salt & pepper tofu last time we were there, and it was pretty good. It didn't come with a sauce, but was good with the regular hoisin and sriracha at the table.
Reasonable prices, pretty fast service.
