Juicy refreshment - Edit
In downtown Burlington, there are a lot of heavy choices in food. Juicebox is a refreshing choice. Order whatever you want, and they will make it for you right then and there. It's fun and fresh, tasty and rejuvenating. They are not pre-made, so that could be frustrating, though, for someone in a rush. Somehow... I don't feel anyone in Burlington really seems to be in that much of a rush, though!
Read moreThe choices are quite fabulous, but be careful if you're vegan, as there is a lot of yogurt built into some of the smoothies.... Still, you can make your own or opt for juice. I always opt for green juices, but if you like fruity ones, you'll be quite happy here, too.
Unbeknownst to me, they had started serving raw food, too! Raw banana nice cream and zucchini noodle bowls - cashew alfredo was one choice for the day. Tasty, but, kind of pricy. Still, there isn't a lot of raw choices around, so, it's a good choice.
They focus on fresh and local, but there is also some organic produce.
Pros: Freshly pressed juice , Freshly prepared zucchini noodles, Nice cream
Cons: no pre-made juices, not all organic
