Convenient - Edit
I've eaten here three times (little stand on the right in the "food park" on the last floor). Don't look for the name but for the red Thai writing on a yellow background (it looks like a "17"). I have not been impressed with the food. It is quite simple, a bit bland and little portions. The menu is very small so it gets a bit boring to eat here often. Having said that, it is a life saver as there is no other vegan food options in the mall and certainly none in the other food court at the ground level. So go there if you are in a rush but otherwise go to Pun Pun market 10 minutes walk from there (the only other vegan option in the area but not fully vegan though).

Cons: Flavours are not great, Not a lot of diversity, The food court is not very welcoming

vegan food stall - Edit
Jay Health is a small food stall located in the Central Airport Plaza food court on level 4 near the cash card kiosk ... look for the yellow and red Thai เจ flags ... the food is cheap, freshly cooked and tasty ... I had a vegetable fried rice (฿40) and spring rolls (฿40) ... on my second visit I had pad-see-ew (฿40) and spaghetti (฿45) ... both dishes were delicious with small serving sizes

I liked it - Edit
This food court was very clean and quiet, which was a nice surprise seeing as I came here at lunch time (about 1:30pm). All too often any positives of restaurants are overshadowed by the chaos of the food court that they're within. Not this time though.
Read moreThe prices were reasonable seeing as each dish is made to order (expect to pay about 40 baht), and it was pretty good food.
I have no complaints, I'd happily come again.

Food Made to Order - Edit
This kiosk has been here a very long time. It is a typical Thai style place but there is no buffet - you need to select from the menu and the options are quite limited, mostly noodle dishes. Some items such as spring rolls are pre-cooked already. They will make it quickly and you eat it in the shared food court. It is on the top floor where the cinema is. It's worth knowing about for some grub after some shopping in the plaza.

OK for a quick lunch. - Edit
I go here when I am shopping at airport plaza as it is quick and good value. Not the most amazing food but great to see a vege place in a food court of this style. Has a few dishes in the buffet cabinet and about 8 made to order dishes.

Delicious and convenient - Edit
Che Phatthana has DELICIOUS fresh spring rolls and flavorful sauces added to their rice and veggie dishes. I wasn't initially sure if their offerings were vegan or just vegetarian, but when I asked the cook not to add fish sauce (mai sai naam-plaa ka!) to my stir-fry he assured me that they don't use fish sauce in any of their dishes. Good quality, reasonably priced, and amazingly convenient - situated as just another vendor in the food court, this place is a diamond in the rough.
