All-in-one stop - Edit
Island Naturals has meals for every time of day, and great coffee to boot. They also have a lovely little assortment of packaged vegan snacks. Their outdoor seating is three small four-tops right outside, shaded but right next to a busy parking lot.

Everything was good. The bread of the avocado toast almost had a biscuit texture but with moisture, it was really filling and good. Corn chowder was solid, and I loved my bbq vegan chorizo wrap. Because I am a glutton I also got a hazelnut espresso smoothy (I broke my blender making vegan ricotta recently so missing my smoothies) and it was strong. Definitely going back to try some more of the menu

We went three times over our five day visit to Grand Cayman, plus bought local kombucha, juice, snacks, and desserts to take back to our hotel. Everything was so good. So many options - it was hard to decide and wished we could have had everything on the menu! Some standouts: the smoothies (all so fresh and yummy), the fancy toasts (best gf bread I've even had), green curry bowl, and the vegan cheesecakes. It's hard to find food that is both delicious and healthy on vacation, and this place was everything we could have wanted and more!

We’re just heading home to Canada and ordered some delicious wraps to take on the plane. Great healthy alternative to the processed, toxic options on a plane.
Great fresh juices and coconut water are a bonus here.

This is a cute space right by the water that serves delicious food. We started with the cocomari and Cauliflower manchurian and enjoyed both thoroughly. Then we had the beyond impossible burger (where they actually mix both meats together to get a better smoky/texture combo) as well as the lentil loaf. Wish I had time to go back and try more of the menu!

Island Natural Cafe is so good. Had the Black Bean & Avocado Wrap the first time and then we both had the Sweet Potato Black Bean Burger Wrap. Both were very good. Picked up a few chocolate bars on our way out for latter. Staff was very helpful and check up on us through our meal. Very clean place. Their coffee was great.

I went to Island Naturals on one of the first days of a holiday on Grand Cayman and I have spent every day since thinking about it. There are a huge number of options, the portions are big (but generally not overwhelming) and the food tastes so fresh. The falafel, Caesar salad and taco bowl are all fantastic. There is also a wide selection of pantry items available in the store. I wasn't even aware they served some dairy until seeing this listing.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch here. We had wraps, pumpkin soup and almond milk lattes. This was the best latte I’ve had outside of Italy. The wraps were very large and filling. Everything was fresh and delicious.

My husband and I each had a small salad - strawberry mango and a BLT salad. We also had a cup of the soup of the day which was roasted garlic mushroom. The BLT was crunchy and crisp with yummy coconut bacon bits. The mango chia dressing on the strawberry mango salad was outstanding. Because we had been so healthy, we split a slice of chocolate caramel cheesecake which was excellent.

This is a small place in a shopping center so I imagine they will fill up at lunch.

We visited here for lunch whilst on holiday staying at The Caribbean Club. It was quite near and offered an amazing vegan menu with so many options. We had the BBQ wraps with soup - which were excellent.

Read moreStopped in with 3 meat/fish-eating friends. I'm vegan at home and vegetarian elsewhere. We all loved the food, prices were reasonable (by island standards), menu selections were varied - there's something for everyone, and service was fast despite our visit occurring during the lunch rush.
Of all the places I visited on the island, I unequivocally recommend Island Naturals and VIVO. You can't go wrong with either one.

Suuuuuuper delicious! My new absolute favorite place in town! The coffee is always on point and I’m addicted to the açaí bowls! Honestly, can’t go wrong with anything on the menu! Chill place with incredibly friendly staff that makes you feel so welcome! If you haven’t been Island Naturals Café yet, GO NOW! But be warned, you’ll be HOOKED :)

Delicious choice in SMB - Edit
There were a lot of vegan options here. It's small so we did takeout here, although it was so good the first time that we ordered twice during our stay. They switch it up with daily specials - we had a vegan pho and Korean rice bowl one day. The pumpkin cheesecake we had was also delicious!
