Nice for a quick lunch

Has a separate veggie/vegan section, but be careful, their labelling is the other way round from the usual (vg: vegetarian, v: vegan). Tried the fajita veg sandwich and a lentil and tomato soup. Both were lovely and good portion sizes

Pros: Easy, tasty lunch options, Labelled menu

Not sure that’s correct as I was told the soup marked v wasn’t vegan and the bread contained milk. Was kindly shown the gluten free bread but it contained egg. In the end only had a choice of risotto or veg chilli which, while nice, was a bit too much and expensive for a light lunch. Ended up just with coffee as they had soya milk and no cake as none were vegan. Staff member pleasant and tried his best to help.

That's a bit worrying, their menu said quite clearly (Vg) vegetarian and (v) vegan, so if this is then not applied to the meals correctly, I'm not very impressed :/

Plant pot of love

We popped in for a lunch and were pleasantly surprised by the meal options.
My partner had a soup with bread and I ordered a sandwich with lots of veggies, hummus and guacamole. Both were absolutely delicious!
To top the meal off, we also got a (literal) terracotta plant pot full of amazing chips!

Great food, great coffee

This is one of the few places that serves food in the middle of the afternoon. Great coffee, flowerpot full of chips, and a very filling and tasty roasted veg sandwich. A little on the pricey side, but exactly what we needed after a hike.
