Simply great - Edit
We loved this spot! A mix of various cuisines, from which my husband chose a moussaka with ayran, while I had baba ganoush and mango lassi. Really good portions and very satisfying meals. Thank you, Gaia!

Tasty food in a cute place - Edit
I went there for the kebab sandwich and was not dissapointed at all, great food in a very reasonable place! The place seems very welcoming as well, since there was a rainbowflag painted on the wall, which I think is awesome. I totally recommend it!

Weird service, food ok but not brilliant - Edit
Even though it was almost empty, the staff were very dismissive towards me. Eg I was waiting for someone so didn’t order food yet but I said I would like to order sth to drink (meaning, as one would, from the menu). The guy sent me to my table and I thought he’d come to take my order but he handed me a glass of water and turned back without checking with me if i needed anything 🤷♀️ he would never come to the table so we had to call him to place the order, he tried to make the conversation as brisk as possible. We had spanakopita, a plate of pickles, babagsnoush el kurdi and sish barak. Of those, only spanakopita was really good. Babaganoush was very much like a tomato sauce with tahini, not even reduced properly, and sish barak was overcooked and partly disintegrated. To be honest, with all the fantastic vegan options in the area, I wouldn’t care to come back.

Must go place in Vienna - Edit
This restaurant is a total standout. I loved it even before stepping in, for writing "Go Vegan" on their street sign. The inside deco is sweet and powerful. And then.. the food!! I was in need of a comforting, warm, wholesome meal after indulging in too much Viennese vegan street food. I chose Sish Barak: tortellini with seitan filling in a creamy yoghurt sauce. Wow, it was incredible! I never had handmade tortellini in my life and it is out of this world delicious. Already feeling happy and relaxed, I could not skip dessert! I wenr for a sweet semolino Harisa Reweni, and loved that, too. Also, the owner or manager is so kind!

Oh my goodness. I loved it here. It’s small but cosy and so beautifully decorated with the walls and ceilings all hand painted. Lots of pride flags around and the owner (sweetest man in the whole of Vienna) has won local hero awards for the activism he does. And then the food!! Sensational, so delicious. And the wine!! All local, all vegan, all recommended by the owner. It felt like going to an old friend’s for dinner. It was the best dining experience x

Best Seitan in Vienna - Edit
I’ve been going to this place regularly since it opened, and I love it. They’re constantly working on new recipes while delivering with reliable favorites. The seitan they make and use for their Döner is the best in Vienna. You won’t find better! Honestly, I also love their attention to detail. They plate the food beautifully. This year they had vegan “goose” which is traditional in Vienna in November, and it was truly excellent. The owner is incredibly friendly. I’m a regular and can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Great Find - Edit
Really exceptionally good meals. I already look forward to revisiting it on my next stay in Vienna. The people are extremely nice too, and a pleasant, cozy atmosphere. Baklava didn't quite compete with the best non-vegan I've had but was delicious nonetheless. Foul Lebanon is highly recommended, though I'm sure none of the dishes disappoint!

I really enjoyed the food and the portions were a bit large for my appetite, but the location is a bit out of the way for tourists (worth the trip). It is a bit expensive, but that may just be a sign of the times. I would eat here again.

Veganer Imbiss in Prater Nähe - Edit
